How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have not received your tracking details or you have any questions or concerns about the delivery of your order.
What are the shipping destinations?
We believe in taking everything one step at a time, so at the moment we ship within EU countries. However, we are working very hard to open up more countries and hope to see you with our fabulous pieces in the near future.
Order exchanges and refunds
Can I change or cancel my order once placed?
Please contact us at email@example.com if you would like to change or cancel your order. We will handle this on a case by case basis.
Can I request an exchange or return of my order?
For hygenic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings or ear cuffs, but we do accept returns or exchanges for other items within 30 days of purchase upon presentation of a valid order confirmation e-mail. Please note: We are unable to offer free returns, being the cost of sending back the clients responsibility.
We unfortunately don’t accept returns after return period (30 days) has passed and we have not previously confirmed an extended return policy.
We ask that you send the parcel to us by recorded delivery, a compensation for loss of value may be claimed if the parcel is lost in the post. We recommend that you keep the postal receipt of the return as proof in case your return does not reach us.
Please note: We only accept new and unworn products in its original condition: boxes intact and jeweller's seals completely undamaged. We ask that you reattach the jewellery in the box provided when returning it to avoid tangling the chain.
No acknowledgements of receipt will be sent for returns. Once we have processed your return, you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail from us with the amount we have credited back to you.
